If delivery is not taken by the Customer after 3 attempts by the courier, the Goods will be retained by the Supplier for a period of 8 weeks, whereafter it will be refunded back to the Customer.
185 SOLUTIONS Online Deliveries take between 7 to 14 working days, between 8 am and 5 pm for main cities (CPT, JHB, PTA, DBN) but may take longer for regional and remote areas.
All other orders carry a flat-rate delivery charge that varies depending on the province you are in. The cost of International deliveries is available upon request. Please email info@185solutions.co.za
We support the following payment options when shopping online: Credit Card, Debit Card, Instant EFT, Zapper
If your card transaction has failed the most probable cause is a bank decline. Our credit card provider acts as a middleman between 185 Solutions and your bank to process payments. We can also assist with EFT payments, please email us to initiate this process.
If after receipt, you are not satisfied with your purchase you may cancel the transaction within 7 (Seven) days after the date of the receipt of the goods subject to the goods being undamaged in its original unopened packaging
If you paid via instant EFT or debit card.......... If you return your items through a courier you will receive a refund or exchange once your items have been received and passed a quality assessment at our warehouse. It can take 7-10 working days for the funds to reflect in your account.
