REFUNDS & RETURNS
Cancellations / Unwanted Products
- If after receipt, you are not satisfied with your purchase you may cancel the transaction within 7 (Seven) days after the date of the receipt of the goods subject to the goods being undamaged in its original unopened packaging; or
- If we have delivered goods intended to satisfy a particular purpose as communicated by you to us and within 10 (Ten) business days after delivery to you, the good have been found to be unsuitable for that particular purpose you are entitled to a refund, subject to the terms as set out herein.
- Opened packaging may attract a 10% handling fee.
- It is your responsibility to package the product appropriately for transport. Our courier may refuse collection of a product which is not properly packaged for transport.
- The product must be returned in the same condition as when received and must not damaged or altered in any way. All accessories and parts must be included in the return.
- We reserve our right to refuse a return if the product is damaged, not in a re-saleable conditions or missing parts or accessories.
- We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate your return.
- You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We will assist with the collection arrangements for the return and off-set the collection costs against the refund amount due to you. If payment has been made for the products and you return it as instructed above, we will refund your money within 30 days of the day we send you our cancellation acknowledgement, less any reasonable sum that may be legitimately charged.
- If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, please notify us as per our contact details on our website and will arrange for collection at no charge to you. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will refund or credit your account with the purchase price amount paid for the product within 15 days.
- You can cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch at no cost. To do this, follow the cancellation instructions once you’ve logged into your profile and tracked your order or please send us an email for further assistance.
- General items will only be replaced if received broken and does not have a warranty.
- If you received damaged or defective goods, we may replace them if we have stock or we may refund you for the damaged goods subject to terms as set out hereunder. Only items that are still in their original packaging and have not undergone any alterations will be accepted, and the appropriate remedy will be provided, as per clause above.
- We cannot accept items for returns where the products are: -
- personalised or made to your specifications;
- the wrong sizes have been ordered and where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you;
- where the products by reason of their nature cannot be returned;
- if there is evidence that the product was used;
- damages arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product; or
- damages arising from unauthorised alterations to the product.
- We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate a return.
- If you have received a product which is defective, please notify us as soon as possible within six months after the delivery of any goods to you, then you may return the goods to us, without penalty, subject to our rights for accepting returns, which are outlined in this policy and as permitted by law.
